The photo is very similar to the picture in the January Better Gear – Barker Outdoors BOG Adapter post that detailed the benefits of using a ballhead and contains written assembly instructions. The Video

Filmed from the point of view of Mike’s Oakley Vanguard Meta glasses, the video shows the steps to remove the original BOG parts no longer needed, install the BOG Adapter and  ballhead, and how to use the BOG DeathGrip mount on a ballhead.

The Blooper

Even if you are not needing to upgrade your BOG and have no need for the entire video, I suggest you watch the blooper. About one minute into the video, my attempt to keep tools and all the removed parts organized goes off the rails. It is a great example of Mike’s “please laugh with him, but not at him” philosophy. I definitely laugh each time I watch it.
